Hot Buffets

While we take precautions to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is entirely free of the 14 most common food allergens. Customers with specific dietary requirements or allergies, including those with life-threatening sensitivities, must inform us of all details at the time of ordering to enable us to best accommodate their needs. 

The 14 allergens are: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley, and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if the sulphur dioxide and sulphites are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts). These ingredients are all used within our kitchen environment and cannot guarantee allergen free food. All of the 14 most common food allergens will be listed when we take an order.
