Our passion is our food - we love making it pretty but if we are honest its the taste that makes the experience. We are seasoning perfectionists and will only use the best quality ingredients for our food. Having been raised in Darlington and grown up there - we feel we know our people - and those across the North East. 

We are registered with Darlington Borough Council and are awaiting our hygiene rating. We have full public liability insurance and have a Level 2 in Food Hygiene.
